5. Accounts and Access
If you create an account on our site or within Snug-powered tools, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login.
Collaborator Access (Snug): When you use Snug-powered tools through our platform, professional collaborators (including our team, if authorized by you) may have access to help input information. You may revoke this access at any time.
6. Ecommerce Terms (Our Website & Shop)
Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you experience technical issues with access, contact us within 7 days.
Subscriptions: If you subscribe to recurring services, you may cancel by following the instructions in your account or contacting support.
Refunds: Refunds are only provided as expressly stated at checkout.
7. User Content
You remain responsible for any content, data, or documents you upload. By submitting content through our Services, you:
Represent that you have the right to use and share the content.
Grant us and Snug a limited license to process and store the content for the purpose of delivering Services.
Agree not to upload infringing, unlawful, or harmful material.
8. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability (Company) for claims related to your use of our site or shop is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
Snug’s liability for its Services is capped as set forth in Snug’s Terms of Service (currently $100).
Neither we nor Snug are liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, Snug, and their affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
For Company Website & Shop: These Terms are governed by the laws of Iowa. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules in Pottawattamie County, Iowa, unless you qualify for small claims court. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
For Snug-Powered Tools: Disputes are governed by Colorado law and resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado under Snug’s Terms.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last Modified” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. Certain sections (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, arbitration) survive termination.
17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will still apply.
